Landon earned his degree from the University of Wisconsin, River Falls with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is a member of the AICPA, MNCPA and MAPA and is a proud Eagle Scout. He is dedicated to helping his clients achieve their goals and enjoys working on small business, individual and non-profit consulting and taxation.
Landon enjoys spending time with his wife and very active five children. He also has a love for travel, music, art and literature.
Julie is a graduate from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and has been in public practice for nearly 30 years. Julie is a member of the AICPA, MNCPA and the Stillwater Sunrise Rotary Club. Her specialties include audit and attest services for small businesses and nonprofits, private foundations, and nonprofits involved in the lawful gambling industry. She enjoys being a trusted advisor to her clients.
Julie enjoys time with her two adult daughters; spending time at the lake whether it’s boating or snowshoeing, and hiking. She also enjoys her two rescue dogs, reading, music and cooking. Prior to embarking on her career as a CPA, she was a high school English teacher.
David is a graduate from Globe University/Minnesota School of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. David has worked mostly with small to medium sized businesses, practicing in the fields of business and individual taxation, planning and attestation services. David is dedicated to helping clients achieve business success by helping them establish practical and sound tax and financial processes.
David enjoys playing golf, fishing and spending time with his dog Chewy.
Carl has degrees from the University of Minnesota in Environmental Horticulture & Accounting. He is a member of the AICPA, MNCPA, and MAPA. He is dedicated to helping individuals, small businesses, and non-profits create and maintain sound financial processes.
Carl enjoys spending time with his wife and two very active children. Carl's time is currently spent coaching his children's various sports teams. He enjoys playing sports with his children, golfing, traveling, and being outdoors with his family.
Joel has degrees from the University of Minnesota in Anthropology (2012) and Accounting (2016). Joel worked at the University of Minnesota for four years before coming to Landon C. Scott, PLLC in 2017. Joel specializes in tax preparation including individuals, businesses, non-profits, and trusts and estates.
Joel enjoys playing and watching hockey, spending time with his family, traveling, and sharing time with his dog, Maple.
Kelly graduated from Globe College / Minnesota School of Business with an Accounting Degree. Before joining Landon Scott PLLC Team, she worked for John Trudeau & Co. P.A. and Michael O'Neil CPA, PLC firm in St Paul, Minnesota. She works with small business clients, payroll and bookkeeping services.
Kelly enjoys spending time with her two very active children with a lot of time at hockey arenas and baseball and softball games. They also just enjoy the great outdoors.
Michael graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Prior to joining Landon C. Scott, PLLC in 2018 Michael worked as a Data Analyst for a software company for 4 years.
Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and two highly energetic dogs. He also enjoys sports, fishing, hunting, and kayaking.
John earned his degree from the University of Wisconsin, River Falls with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is on the Accounting Advisory Board for Dakota County Technical College. Prior to joining Landon C. Scott, PLLC, John served in the U.S. Army and the Minnesota National Guard for 6 years.
John enjoys spending time with his fiancé and two energetic dogs. He also enjoys fishing and working on his new home.
Brian is currently attending Metropolitan State University and will be graduating with his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in the Summer of 2020. Before joining our team in 2018, Brian worked for 11 years as an Operations Supervisor for a document scanning company.
Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and dog Baxter, playing golf, watching sports, and spending time with family. He also tries to stay young by spending time with his nine nephews and one niece.
After graduating with a business degree from St Thomas, John gained four years of experience working for Sands, Rust & Company and Olson & Barta, LTD. He then began working for Whitehead Accounting firm on the East Side of St Paul and saw an opportunity when he learned that Louis Whitehead was interested in selling his business and retiring. Less than three years later the business changed hands and became John Trudeau & Co., P.A. John spent the next 25 years successfully growing the firm up until his passing on December 19, 2015. John will be long remembered by his family, friends as well as many clients and his legacy will live on through the staff at Landon C. Scott, PLLC.
